Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Terms
- Website Development: 75% advance payment is required to initiate the project. The remaining 25% must be paid upon website delivery and before going live.
- Revisions, corrections, and final adjustments will be made only after full payment is received.
- One-time setup fees and recurring monthly service fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Domain, hosting, and SSL include annual renewal charges billed separately. Renewal payment must be made in advance to prevent service interruption.
- All prices are exclusive of 18% GST.
- Non-payment Clause: If the pending balance remains unpaid after three payment requests, Onsepro reserves the full right to suspend all associated services without prior notice. In such cases, all data, access, and files will be permanently deleted and non-recoverable, and any advance payments made will be strictly non-refundable.
2. Renewal & Maintenance
- Annual renewal, maintenance, and version upgrades will be charged at 65% of the original website development cost.
- This covers updates, security patches, technical improvements, and ensuring the website remains compatible with modern standards.
3. Revisions & Corrections
- A maximum of 3 full revisions is included with website development. Any additional revisions will be charged separately.
- For graphic design work, only basic creatives are included. Any custom or advanced design requests will be billed separately.
4. Service Scope & Limitations
- Meta Ads Management includes management of up to 2 active campaigns and 6 ad creatives per month. Additional campaigns or creatives will incur extra charges.
- Social Media Management includes 8–10 posts per month. Additional posts, reels, or videos beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
- CRM Licensing covers only the standard features listed in the quotation. Any extra integrations or customizations will attract additional costs.
5. Ad Spend
- The client is responsible for directly funding the advertising budget for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Advertising spend is not included in Onsepro’s management fee.
6. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide all required content (images, details, approvals) on time to ensure smooth project execution.
- The client must share access credentials for relevant platforms (e.g., Meta Business Manager, Website, Domain, Hosting, etc.) when required for integration and management.
7. Support & Maintenance
- Standard support is provided via Email, WhatsApp, or Phone during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM).
- Any requests outside the original scope including new features, redesigns, or third-party integrations will be billed additionally.
8. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all shared business data, leads, and campaign performance metrics.
9. Cancellation & Termination
- Clients may discontinue ongoing monthly services with a 30-day written notice.
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or currently in progress.
- In cases of payment default, as stated above, Onsepro holds the right to suspend and permanently delete all associated data without recovery or refund.
10. Liability Disclaimer
- While Onsepro adheres to industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific sales outcomes, lead conversions, or ROI.
- Performance may vary based on the client’s budget, market conditions, content quality, and competition.
