Since Onsepro provides digital services such as website development, digital marketing, branding, and graphic design, this Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how services are delivered, timelines, responsibilities, and completion criteria.

1. Nature of Delivery
We do not ship any physical products. All deliveries are digital and provided through:

  • Email
  • Cloud drive links
  • WhatsApp communication
  • Project management tools
  • Website/server deployment
  • Online account access
  • Final design files (JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.)

2. Service Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines depend on:

  • Project scope
  • Complexity
  • Client responsiveness
  • Third-party tools
  • Revisions requested

Estimated timelines are provided in proposals but are not guarantees. Delays caused by client-side issues (late content, approvals, logins) extend the delivery date automatically.

3. Website Development Delivery
Delivery includes:

  • UI/UX design
  • Front-end and/or backend development
  • Hosting setup (if purchased)
  • Testing
  • Deployment

A project is considered “delivered” once the website is deployed on your server or hosting account, even if minor updates are pending.

4. Digital Marketing Delivery
Delivery includes:

  • Ad campaign setup
  • Keyword research
  • Creatives
  • Target audience setup
  • Monthly reports

Campaign delivery is considered completed once:

  • Ads are launched
  • Tracking is installed
  • Analytics access is shared

We are not responsible for third-party approvals by Meta, Google, or ad platform policies.

5. Graphic Design Delivery
Delivery includes:

  • Design drafts
  • Final approved designs
  • Exported files (JPG, PNG, PDF)
  • Source files only if purchased

Design delivery is complete once final files are shared.

6. Client Responsibilities for Delivery
You must provide:

  • Correct brand details
  • Content
  • Images
  • Login credentials
  • Hosting/server access
  • Timely feedback

Delays from your side automatically extend delivery timelines.

7. File Storage & Access
We store project files for up to 90 days after delivery. Beyond that, retrieval may not be possible unless you purchase dedicated file storage services.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If we attempt delivery through email or project channels and the client does not respond within 7 days:

  • The project will be marked as delivered
  • No refunds will be issued
  • Re-delivery (if needed) may incur additional charges

9. Delivery Completion Acknowledgement
A project is officially marked “completed and delivered” when:

  • Final files are shared
  • Website is deployed
  • Marketing campaigns are launched
  • Deliverables are approved in writing

Further revisions fall under paid maintenance.

10. Support After Delivery
Post-delivery support is not included unless specified. Any ongoing support, maintenance, or modifications require additional monthly or hourly payment.
