Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines how refund and cancellation requests are handled for all digital marketing, website development, and graphic design services provided by Onsepro. We maintain a strict policy due to the specialized, time-based, and non-returnable nature of our work.

1. General Policy
All payments made to Onsepro are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a written agreement. Our services involve intellectual effort, design time, strategic planning, development work, and man-hours that cannot be reversed or “returned.”

2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under these limited conditions:

  • Payment was made twice for the same invoice (duplicate transaction)
  • Services were not initiated due to issues on our side
  • A refund is justified based on an internal evaluation of project feasibility

Refunds are never issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Client-side delays
  • Lack of inputs, content, or approvals
  • Third-party approval failures (Google, Meta, hosting, Razorpay, etc.)
  • Variation in expected marketing results (ads performance, leads, engagement, etc.)
  • Work already completed
  • Partially completed work or early termination by the client

3. Cancellation by Client
If you choose to cancel a service:

  • All payments made up to the cancellation date are non-refundable
  • Pending invoices must still be cleared for work already performed
  • Any discounts provided earlier will be withdrawn

4. Cancellation by Onsepro
We reserve the right to cancel service if:

  • You violate our Terms
  • Payments are delayed or not made
  • You provide misleading or illegal project requirements
  • Communication becomes unprofessional or abusive

In such cases, no refund will be provided.

5. Project Pauses
If a project is paused due to incomplete content, missing assets, or delayed approvals from your side:

  • Work will resume only after required inputs are submitted
  • No refund or compensation will be offered for delays
  • After 30 days of inactivity, the project may be archived and treated as completed

6. Marketing Campaigns
Digital marketing results are influenced by multiple external factors. As a result:

  • No refunds are provided for ad campaigns once launched
  • No guarantee is made for leads, sales, or ranking improvements
  • Ad budget payments (Google/Meta) are handled by the client directly

7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7 to 14 working days
  • Refund will be sent to the original payment method

8. Disputes
Raising a bank chargeback or payment dispute without attempting resolution with us first will result in immediate service termination.
